Regressed GCs: Grade 3
This H&E section of a cervical lymph node shows small atrophic germinal centers with depletion of centrocytes and centroblasts. This is a feature of chronic immune stimulation as seen in chronic viral infections, auto-inflammatory disorders, but also of iMCD.
